To be eligible to apply for a 457 or any other type of working visa, it is compulsory that you hold a current health insurance medical policy and that you maintain this policy for yourself. Employers can also organise on your behalf, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the policy is up-to-date otherwise you will be breach of certain schedule 8 visa conditions of the migration regulations 1994. Alliance Migration online enquiry service is open 24 hours a day and our office is open 7am – 7pm AEST Monday to Friday and 9 – 2pm Saturdays. We also consult late evening on Saturdays and some Sundays in certain emergency cases.
