The insurance premiums that we offer are powered by BUPA Australia who meet all relevant criteria meeting for migration purposes with the department of immigration and border protection as defined as "adequate cover". We have an example of some of the general visas that may require compulsory overseas health insurance (please note: some countries have reciprocal agreements with Australia so some visa applicants and holders do not require coverage).

457 work Visa

To be eligible to apply for a 457 or any other type of working visa, it is compulsory that you hold a current health insurance medical policy and that you maintain this policy for yourself. Employers can also organise on your behalf, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the policy is up-to-date otherwise you will be breach of certain schedule 8 visa conditions of the migration regulations 1994. Please note: if you are a high income earner, are considered an Australian for taxation purposes and have enrolled into Australian medicare, you could be subject to a medicare levy surcharge. Who are we

Alliance Migration are an Australian based agency, who also act on behalf of clients globally for migration purposes. BUPA Australia are  the providers of any health insurance policies that we offer as we act as sales agents on their behalf, primarily to assist our clients with convenience and quality of product. 

 

 

Office Hours

Alliance Migration online enquiry service is open 24 hours a day and our office is open 7am - 7pm AEST Monday to Friday and 9 - 2pm Saturdays. We also consult late evening on Saturdays and some Sundays in certain emergency cases.
